Taxumo, a leading tax solution provider, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist. This is a full-time remote position based in Davao City, Philippines.
As a Live Chat Specialist at Taxumo, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, provide assistance with our platform, and ensure a seamless user experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions related to tax compliance. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions to customers. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve our service. 5. Stay up to date on product updates and changes to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 3. Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service. 4. Strategic planning and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools.
