Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Account Support Assistant at Gcash, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online users. This position requires someone who is dedicated, driven, and possesses excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with account-related issues such as password resets, transaction discrepancies, and account maintenance - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams - Educating users on Gcash features, services, and policies - Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
