Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers and clients regarding their accounts and any inquiries they may have. 2. Assist in managing and updating online account information and databases. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure online account information is accurate and up-to-date. 4. Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Assist in developing and implementing online account support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for online accounts. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online account support.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in online account support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Innovative mindset and ability to problem solve creatively. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. 5. Passion for sustainability and environmental issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online account management tools.
