Online Account Support Associate

Job Description: Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to online account holders through various channels including email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Process account updates and changes accurately and efficiently - Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in customer service or account management is a plus
