Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

As the Online Account Support Manager at ABS-CBN Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online customer accounts to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. This position is based in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines and is a fulltime role at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Provide support to customers via online platforms, email, and phone to address any inquiries or issues. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts. - Analyze account data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. - Develop strategies for account retention and expansion. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience. - Work closely with the IT department to address technical issues related to online accounts.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in customer account management or a similar role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and support. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strategic planning skills and the ability to think critically about account management. - A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
