Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a proactive and reliable Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and possess excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist students and instructors with any account-related inquiries via email, phone, or chat 2. Manage and update student information in the online database 3. Coordinate with the finance department for billing and payment processing 4. Provide technical support for students navigating the online learning platform 5. Monitor student progress and follow up on any issues or concerns 6. Assist in organizing and facilitating online events and workshops 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or account management role 2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Proficiency in using online tools and platforms 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
