Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Meralco, the leading electric distribution company in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Online Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR. This full-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support and assistance to customers with account-related inquiries and issues - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to online account access and usage - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all online platforms - Create and maintain documentation of online account support processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze online account usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in online account support or similar roles - Resourceful and confident in handling customer inquiries - Strong attention to detail and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
