Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Assistant in Makati, NCR, PH. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, delivery, and returns. 2. Assist customers with any issues they may have and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Respond to customer emails and messages through various online platforms. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product information and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong ability to cooperate and work well in a team environment. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required. 5. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with online communication platforms. 6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
