Job Description: As an Online Call Center Officer at Workbean, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels. Your main duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for updating customer records, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints effectively - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation - Process customer orders and payments - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed daily KPIs and targets - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and energetic personality - Project management skills - Attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
