Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through phone calls, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for online shopping platform - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service role - Proficiency in using CRM software and online chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
