Job Description - Online Chat Support Assistant


Job Description:


AllCare, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a dedicated Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a full-time role at the Associate Level, this position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve customer experience. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service.


Requirements: 1. Passionate and energetic individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong decision-making and planning skills to effectively prioritize and manage customer inquiries. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
