Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking an Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. The Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide feedback to improve online chat support processes and procedures. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong strategic planning and project management skills. 3. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
