Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at FlySpaces in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients in the online space.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through online channels - Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Utilize data and analytics to track client behavior and optimize performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and make strategic decisions - Persuasive and able to influence others - Experience with online customer relationship management tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
