Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Investagrams, a leading financial technology company based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Relations Representative to join our team. This position is entry level and requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients through various online platforms to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly. 4. Utilize Emotional Intelligence to understand and cater to the unique needs of each client. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services effectively. 6. Assist in the development of client outreach strategies to attract new business opportunities. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 8. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking mindset with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and a high level of cooperation. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 7. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
