Job Description:
As an Online Client Relations Specialist at Philippine Airlines, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and relationship with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and drive brand loyalty. You will be tasked with responding to client inquiries through various online channels, resolving client issues in a timely manner, and managing client feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online client relations or customer service. 3. Dedicated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong research skills to analyze client feedback and data. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
