Job Description:
DMCI, a leading real estate company in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Online Client Service Associate to join our team. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a resourceful and driven personality, along with strong soft skills in innovation and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients through various online platforms to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly. 2. Assist clients in navigating our website, online booking systems, and digital marketing materials to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement online customer engagement strategies. 4. Monitor online reviews, feedback, and social media channels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis. 6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client service to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in online customer service, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach. 4. Proficiency in online platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Prior experience in strategic planning and implementing innovative solutions for online client service.
