Job Description - Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Meralco in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding billing, service inquiries, and account management - Assist clients with technical support and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues - Process client orders and payments accurately - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients - Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Hardworking attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients - Presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients - Leadership skills to lead and motivate team members - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Experience working in a similar role in the utility industry is a plus
