Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Online Client Service Representative to join our team at AQWIRE in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients through online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with account setup, payment processing, and other online transactions. 3. Ensure client satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall client experience. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. 7. Meet and exceed client service goals and metrics.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 3. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 4. Driven and dedicated personality traits to excel in a fast-paced environment. 5. Cooperative and presentable soft skills to engage effectively with clients. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
