Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online client support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions - Manage and prioritize client requests to ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services - Assist in creating training materials and resources for clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online client support or a related field - Strong project management and people management skills - Passionate about providing exceptional client service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
