Job Description:
Globe Telecom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. You will engage with customers, resolve their inquiries and complaints, and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer support channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Promote and upsell Globe Telecom products and services to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Track and analyze customer feedback and data to improve support services. 7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support staff. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support. 9. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with empathy and diplomacy. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or client services. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Resourceful and able to think outside the box to solve problems. 6. Excellent persuasion skills to promote products and services. 7. Critical thinking abilities to analyze and resolve complex issues. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support tools. 10. Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus.
