Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Humble Sustainability is seeking a highly motivated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assist clients with placing orders or resolving any issues they may have - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Collaborate with other team members to address complex client issues and provide a high level of service - Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to improve processes


Requirements: - Hardworking individual with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks - Strong planning and time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
