Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking an experienced Online Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's brand standards - Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the client support experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Experience using CRM systems and other client support tools - Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing circumstances
