Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at Gcash in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Online Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries about our services - Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services - Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support processes


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficient in using online tools, chat platforms, and email systems - Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
