Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is looking for a motivated Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in assisting our online contact center operations to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the contact center database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Assist in monitoring online feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong adaptability and attention to detail soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
