Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to adapt to various situations. The successful candidate will also be resourceful, able to think on their feet and find creative solutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and telephone in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and understand their needs - Develop and implement strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency within the contact center - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to a positive working environment that is committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and able to think creatively to find solutions - Emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers on a personal level - Strategic planning skills to drive improvements in customer service - Proficient in using online chat systems and customer relationship management software
