Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is currently seeking an Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, we welcome individuals with 0 years of experience who are adaptable, dedicated, possess strong presentation skills, and have a knack for project management.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, feedback, and concerns. 2. Provide excellent customer service through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 3. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies. 7. Identify and report trends in customer concerns to improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 7. Must be adaptable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 8. Strong presentation skills and project management abilities.
