Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Contact Center Specialist at Hilton in Davao City, Philippines, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to guests through various online platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests who may have inquiries, concerns, or feedback regarding their stay at a Hilton property. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and providing information on Hilton loyalty programs. 3. Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments within Hilton to coordinate guest requests and ensure seamless communication. 5. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the contact center system. 6. Stay informed about Hilton's policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred. 2. Reliable and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and online platforms.
