Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at Saphron. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone promptly and professionally - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Planning and implementing strategies to enhance the online customer care process


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with customer service software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience in e-commerce or online customer service is a plus


Personality traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues


Soft skills: - Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and feedback - Effective planning skills to improve customer care processes
