Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description: As the Online Customer Care Manager at Century Pacific Food, Inc., located in Davao City, Philippines, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the online customer care department. This role requires a driven and reliable individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Customer Care Manager will be expected to demonstrate leadership and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer care experience - Manage a team of customer care representatives and ensure they meet performance goals - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online retail environment - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
