Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries through online platforms such as email, social media, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and retention - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proficient in digital customer care platforms and tools - Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Energetic and adaptable mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
