Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Fetch Valet is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service support to our online platform users. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a hardworking and motivated attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting any issues they may encounter while using our online platform. 3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when recording customer information and feedback. 4. Conduct research to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer service experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to educate customers on our services. 7. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Proven research skills to resolve customer inquiries. 6. Flexible schedule to work occasional overtime if needed.
