Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

1Export is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution 3. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member 7. Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation 2. Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve customer problems effectively 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 5. Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs 6. Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
