Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate


Job Description:


As an Online Customer Service Associate at ZipMatch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to provide a cohesive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of customer service experience - Hardworking and motivated individuals - Strong people management and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
