Job Description:
1Export is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline customer service processes - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner - Work closely with other departments such as sales and marketing to ensure a coordinated approach to customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in an online retail or e-commerce industry - Strong people management and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
