Job Description:
Zalora Philippines is looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are seeking individuals who are confident, driven, and possess strong presentation and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding orders, products, and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify trends in customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
