Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Customer Success Associate at Booky, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing excellent support and assistance to our online customers. You will work closely with our customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing customer accounts, tracking customer interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Interact with online customers via email, chat, and phone to provide support and assistance - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and improve service delivery - Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications - Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend solutions to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and analyze customer issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
