Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide personalized and efficient support to ensure a positive customer experience. - Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction. - Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions with dissatisfied customers. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Resilient and energetic personality with a positive attitude. - Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools. - Experience in e-commerce or technology industry is a plus.
