Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate


Job Description: ABS-CBN Corporation is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support in an online setting. The main responsibilities of the Online Customer Support Associate include answering customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues through various online platforms. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs and preferences.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and future improvement


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to different customer personalities and preferences - Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency with online communication tools
