Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Machine Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify trends and provide feedback to improve products and services - Assist in training new customer support team members


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Proven experience in customer support or a related role - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools
