Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at ZipMatch in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and possess strong critical thinking and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer support team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to track customer support performance and make data-driven decisions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a proactive mindset - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
