Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives in providing exceptional customer service to our online users. This role will require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and evaluate customer support performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement training programs for customer support representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality service. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 5. Ability to conduct research and make data-driven decisions. 6. Proficiency in presentation skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
