Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Advance is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Assist with creating and updating online support resources and documentation - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer support processes


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
