Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a talented and motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.


Requirements: 1. Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic. 2. Demonstrated leadership and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
