Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Gcash in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues they may have. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with account-related issues, transactions, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and systems - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Stay up to date on company policies, products, and promotions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently - Confident and motivated personality - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
