Job Description - Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Associate in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support and assistance - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Facilitate online transactions and orders - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and improvement purposes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Demonstrated experience in customer service or online chat support - Strategic planning abilities to provide tailored solutions to customers - Cooperative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team - Proficiency in using online chat software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
