Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat system, ensuring smooth communication with customers and providing timely support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. 2. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to provide excellent customer service. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Work closely with other departments to coordinate chat activities and resolve issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in managing an online live chat platform. 3. Strong planning and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat software.
