Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Live Chat Representative to join our team at ChatGenie in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through live chat 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 4. Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction 5. Conduct research to answer customer queries effectively 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits 2. Excellent time management skills 3. Strong research abilities 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
