Job Description:
Expedock is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Specialist. As an entry-level position, this role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of online customer service. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and confident, with excellent teamwork and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with navigating our website and placing orders - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to the management team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online live chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
