Job Description - Online Support Assistant

MetroMart is seeking a hardworking and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Support Assistant at our location in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate support to customers via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist customers with questions, issues, and feedback regarding our online platform. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team as needed. 4. Manage customer accounts and update information as necessary. 5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in creating and updating support documentation for internal and external use. 7. Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide the most up-to-date information to customers. 8. Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the customer support experience.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and customer interactions. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
