Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking an experienced and energetic Online Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in online support management. The Online Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online customer support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the online customer support team, providing guidance and support to team members - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online support process - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in online support management - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and people management skills - Energetic and confident personality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Knowledge of CRM systems and online support tools
